When you just love to create, what better way to experiment and avoid stockpiling your creations, than to sell them at a market! We are lucky to have Emma of Bowerbird Bijoux, join us at Suitcase Rummage to sell her unique jewellery pieces. It’s so exciting to see her encouraged to try new things and keep creating for the love of it. We hope you enjoy our interview with Emma as much as we did!
A long-time collector and long-time lover of colourful things, the earrings that Sian makes with her partner, Nikita, fit into both those categories. They are oh so colourful and very much worth collecting. In fact, we would collect hundreds of them if we had more ears on our bodies. Sadly, we do not, but we can still appreciate the imaginative creations from Sian Makes Dangles. Have a read of our chat with Sian!
And we introduce you to…..(drum roll please)…. the ever delightful Georgia (George, Gee, G) Lejeune from our Sydney Rummages! When this girl isn’t working or writing (which, to be honest is a lot of the time!), you can find her in a hot pink leotard dancing to Tina Arena.
Natalie, of Lostkiwidesigns makes the sweetest little origami creations. Her delicate jewellery is made from beautiful paper and adorns the ears of many appreciative Rummagers! We managed to interview this creative about her craft and also found out about her work as a graphic designer!
Introducing the one and only…. ash.leia! We had a little chin wag with embroidery queen Ashleigh from Canberra. She’s been stitching up her year finishing school and weaving in as many markets as possible. What a creative and crafty lass!
