In this workshop you will learn basic crochet techniques, most common stitches, shaping and changing colour. Put this all together and you will leave with a beautiful and practical yarn bowl to adorn your house!
We will provide a selection of yarns and hooks to work with on the day, however you are more than welcome to bring your own along.
As an artist and maker, Federica crochets items from antique recycled bottes, teapots, jars, vases, saucepans, and she transforms them into amigurumi succulents and crochet covered plant holders. She takes her inspiration from nature and gives life to new creations.
Federica sells her work at local Brisbane markets and in local independant Brisbane artisan stores. She has a passion for crochet that can not be matched! It’s an art that creates a world in which you can find peace, time for yourself and pride in your work. Federica is passionate about helping other crochet enthusiasts!
